Orders and Delivery

Q: How do I place an order on FemmeBeauty.com? A: To place an order, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and follow the payment instructions at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, ApplePay.

Q: Where do you deliver and what are the delivery times? A: We deliver everywhere in France. Standard delivery times are 3-12 working days. Please see our Delivery page for further details.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. If, however, the link does not work, you can directly insert the package number on our “Product Tracking” page.

Returns and Refunds

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund? A: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method.
